These terms govern your use of the Right Choice Auto website and consultancy services. By using the site or engaging our services you agree to them.

1. Who We Are

Right Choice Auto Consultancy LLC ("we", "us") is an independent automobile consultancy registered in Dubai, UAE. We are not a dealer or broker — we act as advisors to our clients.

2. Services

  • Vehicle sourcing and buying assistance.
  • Independent pre-purchase inspections.
  • Vehicle valuation and resale consultancy.
  • Paperwork, RTA transfer, and registration assistance.

Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Listings

Vehicle listings on this site are provided for information only. Specifications, mileage, and prices are believed accurate at the time of publication but are not warranties. Always inspect a vehicle and verify documents before purchase.

4. Fees & Payments

Consultancy and service fees are quoted per engagement. Payments are due as set out in your service agreement. Government fees (RTA, insurance, etc.) are passed through at cost.

5. Inspections

Inspection reports reflect the visible condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection using industry-standard tools. They are not a guarantee against future faults or hidden defects that are not reasonably detectable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability arising from any service is limited to the fees you paid us for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Your Responsibilities

You confirm that any vehicle you ask us to sell or list is owned by you (or that you have authority to act), is free of undisclosed liens, and that all information you provide is accurate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, photos, branding — is owned by Right Choice Auto or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
